This class will provide students the ability to follow the methods of boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and exercise benefit. The student will at the end of the course have better 1:core strength 2:Hand eye coordination 3:Balance: 4:timing 5:technique 6:Cardio-vascular fitness 7: muscular strength 8:The ability to perform a set combination of punches learned. Students will have an understanding of the H&S implications when boxing. It is designed to incorporate active contact without any physical contact. It is therefore stressed it is not teaching the sport of boxing and therefore no contact apart from hitting pads is applied in the class.
