The CYQ Level 1 Diploma in Sport and Active Leisure aims to introduce learners of varying abilities to the Sports and Active Leisure sector. In addition to discovering how the body works and improving their own health and fitness through the use of exercise and fitness programmes, learners will also explore a variety of jobs and career opportunities within sport and active leisure. Learners are encouraged to develop their personal and social skills through challenging guided learning assessments.
