This range of courses is designed to meet the needs of people who are looking for information about the responsibilities associated with owning and caring for the horse. Level 1 is an introductory course that is ideally aimed towards those keen to learn the very important fundamental knowledge relating to horse care. Levels 2 to 4 continue to build upon knowledge acquired in Level 1. Each course consists of 5 taught sessions comprising a mixture of theory and practical, culminating in a written examination. The course is designed to be accessible and progressive, allowing applicants to undertake the most appropriate level depending upon their prior experience. Learners must bring appropriate clothing and protective footwear for practical's.
