Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training within college by day release. Peopleneed to feel safe and secure whilst at home or in the workplace andsecurity systems offer some comfort towards this. In this Apprenticeship, you will learn how to install systems, work safely in the electrical environment, learn how electrical systems work and learn the rules that govern how systems must be set up to comply with standards. You will qualify to standards set by City Guilds and Skills for Security.
