The Intermediate Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care is aimed at people working with either older people or children and young people in care environments, day care settings or palliative care. They are also suitable for those working with people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The Apprenticeship consists of * Diploma in Health and Social care, * Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care, * Functional Skills Level 1 in English, Maths * Level 2 Award in Employment Rights and Responsibilities * Personal Learning and Thinking Skills eTraining use a mix of 1-2-1 coaching, training sessions, and e-learning which is tailored to the learning style of the Apprentice.
