GCE AS/A Level Japanese

Students of our Edexcel A level in Japanese will develop an understanding of the language in a variety of contexts and genres, and learn to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively in Japanese. They'll also develop an awareness and understanding of the contemporary society, cultural background and heritage of the countries or communities where Japanese is spoken. You will have the opportunity to debate and discuss issues, to read magazines and newspapers, and you will be offered the opportunity to take part in an exchange visit.
