What are the different approaches to the posture and are some approaches more effective than others, especially in relation to body mechanics? How can the postures be modified and how can we avoid creating unnecessary tension? What about the breath – is that helping or hindering our approach? The first session During the morning session learners will be encouraged to share ideas and experiences in relation to this exploration. The morning session will end with yoga practice, meditation and relaxation. The tutor will be available during the lunch break to speak with you about your experiences of yoga. After lunch, there will be an opportunity for questions which could follow on from the morning session or any other aspect of yoga.
