This is a continuation course for those who attended 'Introduction to Improvisation.. This course is aimed at guitarists who can play chords but would like to start improvising solos and it will continue to extend the skills and techniques already covered. The emphasis will be on teaching the typical musical phrases (licks and riffs) used by Blues and Rock guitar players, based on just two forms of pentatonic scales. , , The course is aimed at guitarists who can play chords but would like to start improvising solos.It will be assumed that students can 'read' chord diagrams, but apart from this, no special musical knowledge is required.
