Duration : 1 year This course comprises three core and six specialist units',' covering knowledge',' understanding and skills required to work in the sector. The qualification has a flexible design to provide progression opportunities into a technician role within industry or on to further education through the BTEC 90 Credit/Extended Diploma. Whilst the course is centred on the motorsport industry. (including race car project work supporting our own race team)',' knowledge is directly transferable to the retail motor industry. Functional skills of English and Maths are a key part of this course. Assessment is via written assignments and evidence-based practical assessment. Entry Requirements: You need four GCSE grades D-G with a minimum of GCSE grade D in both English and maths. We will invite you to attend an interview where you will need to show your interest in the subject and the potential to succeed.
