The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses are designed for people whose first language is not English and want to improve their spoken and written language skills. This course is designed for students who are working towards an Entry 2 qualification and have a very basic understanding of the English language.

At the end of the course there will be a 30 minute externally assessed oral examination and two externally set and marked written papers, one for reading and one for writing (60 minutes each.)
