You will gain a good insight into the roles and responsibilities of a teaching assistant. You will develop skills to build positive relationships with children and team members to carry out your role effectively and in line with appropriate policies/procedures. You will learn how to create a safe and stimulating learning environment, including the understanding of inclusive practice. There is a choice of option units relevant to the TA role allowing to deepen the knowledge.
