Pilates for All (Franklin Method)

This pilates course introduces the Swiss-American Franklin Method, using soft balls and therabands, alongside basic classical Pilates exercises (roll up-down, rolling like a ball, single leg stretch, criss-cross, teaser, and other exercises). This course will help to improve your posture as well as enhance your mobility, balance and flexibility. the moves will improve your breathing, enhance your general health and strengthen your body helping to energise you for your daily life. This course is for all ability levels With the help of materials such as small soft Franklin-balls we learn to improve our balance, relax, tone, strengthen our muscles, organs, joints and bones improving quality of movement and therefore create change for more endurance and energy. - Pilates exercises using the soft Franlkin-balls and therabands - Moving in a relaxed and efficient way- Deep breathing- Positive creative imagery, integrating mind-body connections- Introduction to the principles of biomechanics- A variety of challenging exercises to help you learn to move more easily- Pilates helps to alleviate back pain
