A Taste of Italy: Fish and Meat Dishes

Explore and try heaps of delicious Italian food for an impressive (but easy) dinner party or a family dinner including Butterflied Sardines served with sautéed potatoes, oven cooked sea bass with potatoes, courgettes and red peppers, oven cooked cod steaks with white wine, potatoes and black olives, rack of lamb with rosemary and grilled vegetables, Italian Fettina Milanese (tender thin steak in breadcrumbs) served with fresh fennel and mixed salad. Taught by a native Italian tutor.

Entry requirements

Ingredients for lesson 1, butterflied sardines and sautéed potatoes 1 bottle of frying oil 500gr fresh sardines 2 fresh eggs 50 gr of white flour (rice flour also suitable) 1 small onion 500 gr medium or small potatoes fresh salad of your choice Pen and notebook. Good quality non-stick cookware and the ability to carry equipment to the lesson as the College provides only a limited number of equipment. Each student will have a two-ring electric cooker. The oven is shared with another student. Students must wear the following appropriate footwear, flat closed in shoes to comply with the college Health and Safety Policy.
