Having staff and managers who can effectively train new and existing staff can save a business money by ensuring high levels of productivity, quality and service and also by reducing attrition. All businesses employ new staff and the value of running a good quality induction can ensure employee engagement from the start! A highly practical 2-day workshop in which you will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to become an effective trainer on a one to one basis and group training. Training design, structure and delivery are the elements that will be covered in the workshop. Evening work will be required after the first day.
