This course builds from the Edexcel BTEC Level 7 Award qualification, (units completed at QCF BTEC Award in Management and Leadership will count towards this qualification and not be repeated).Topic input, group discussions, problem solving, work based activities, presentation and work related research to enable you to put theory into practice. Builds from the Level 5 qualification and enables candidates to learn, understand and use management skills in the workplace within a range of differing disciplines. You will need to set aside an additional one day a week self study.Students can progress to the Edexcel BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
