Statistics is a very useful subject to combine with such subjects as Science, Psychology and Economics. This is a modular course consisting of six modules. Students who are successful at completing the first three modules may be awarded an AS level qualification. On successful completion of all six modules a full A level qualification will be awarded. The first three modules, will include the following topics: Sampling, Probability, Data collection, Binomial/Poisson distributions, Normal distribution, Hypothesis testing, Correlation & regression, Non-parametric testing, Time series and Interpretation of data.
