Access to Higher Education - Diploma in Health

UPDATED 20150814 12:00:46

The Access to Higher Education course provides you with a qualification that will enable you to progress to university to study a range of vocational and academic degree programmes. The Access course is an ideal way of developing the skills necessary to progress to university whilst studying subjects that are relevant to your chosen degree programme. Students without recent educational experience normally take the pre - access programme in order to develop skills in literacy and numeracy. This enables students to develop confidence in their ability to study at a higher level before starting the Access programme. Successful completion of the Access course will provide you with a nationally recognised qualification that is an alternative to the traditional qualifications required by universities.
