Unit 4 : Leisure in Action This unit gives students the opportunity to work as part of a team to plan, carry out and evaluate a leisure event. The students work as a team, nominating roles including Project Manager, Finance, Marketing, Secretary and Operations. They run as a company, holding planning meetings before the event, keeping records of decisions and evaluate the running of the event. Unit 5 : Employment in Leisure Recruitment and selection in leisure Employment issues in leisure Motivating staff in leisure Employment law Unit 6 : Current Issues in Leisure This unit allows students to develop their own interest in leisure through the identification of an issue, which will be the focus of a research project
