Ideal if: you are aiming to progress to university, specialist art or design college and want a career in the industry. You will need to enjoy art and design; and be willing to be challenged and have your creativity developed. You'll need: four or more GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and mathematics. You'll learn: through practical, studio-based assignments taught by specialist lecturers. Expect: on-going assessment throughout your course. You'll love: the range of art and design disciplines you'll cover from animation to sculpture, illustartion to printmaking, and fashion to photography. You'll go onto: further studies at Foundation Diploma, or direct to university study on our Foundation Degree in Contemporary Creative Practice. This course is free for students under 19 years of age and students who are under 24 years of age who haven't previously received a full level 3 qualification.
