The course is a full year course and will cover:- Word Processing – Including Mail Merge, Advanced Indents, Tables, Borders and Shading, Format Painter, Hyphenation, Cut, Copy and Paste, Inserting Images and Drawn Objects, Bullets and Numbering, Find and Replace, Styles. Spreadsheets – Including Absolute and Relative Addressing, Formulas and Functions, Charts Presentation – Creating a Presentation, Using the Slide Master, Organisation Charts, Animations, Transitions, Design Templates Improving Productivity Level 2 - This is the ability to plan, evaluate and improve procedures involving the use of IT tools and systems in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of work activities. You will need: Mouse and keyboard skills. It will be beneficial to have completed Beginners Term 1, 2 and 3.
