Who is the course for? Young 15-18 year old students whose first language is not English, who wish to improve their written and spoken English, to go on to further studies or employment. What can it lead to? Progression to Young Foundation Entry 1 course or above depending on how much progress has been made by the student. What will I study? Students will practise all four skills in communication - Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. They will have opportunity to practise communication using ILT. In addition, they will practise number skills and attend a tutorial session each week.They will also develop their language trough topic assignments.
