ESOL courses enable learners to improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. They will also learn new vocabulary and grammar in preparation for the City and Guilds Skills for Life exam. The exam is useful for learners who want to live and work in the UK. The course covers a variety of topics related to living in the UK. It is delivered using a wide range of teaching methods including pair work, discussions, role plays, listening tasks, reading and writing activities and games amongst others. Independent learning is encouraged and supported through the Moodle virtual learning environment, Google Plus and Twitter.
