Reaseheath delivers Engineering Apprenticeship training for leading national and international companies including JCB, Case IH, New Holland, CLAAS, Finning CAT and A-Plant. These are superb opportunities for young people, aged over 16, looking for a career with these market leaders. Apprentices follow either our Construction Plant Engineering or Agricultural Engineering programmes. If you become an Apprentice you will spend 12-15 weeks each year at college attending a series of block release courses. While at college you will be trained by specialist staff in our fully equipped workshops. You will spend the remaining time at work practising your new skills and gaining experience. As a Construction Plant Advanced Apprentice you will work towards your Level 3 Work-based Diploma in Construction Plant Engineering plus industrial skills, functional skills, first aid and an Advanced Certificate of Training.
