This is an accredited course at the end of which if completed successfully you will gain a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Certificate from Qualsafe. What will I learn? This course will cover; Food poisoning bacteria, Prevention of contamination, Cleaning & disinfection, Personal hygiene, Premises equipment, Pest control, Law & legislation and Allergens. There is also a one hour multiple choice exam which will be carried out under normal exam conditions
