KGV is the place to study Biology. We are the largest department in the College and we have a proud history of providing excellent teaching and results. Students will study a range of topics over the two year course including: Biochemistry, Diseases and the Immune System, Genes and Genetic Engineering, and Evolution. You will regularly carry out practical work, usually on an individual basis. This will include the preparation of a lab book, to record practical activities to show evidence for the study topic Practical Endorsement.
