This course is designed to give you the specialist knowledge to prepare you for a career as cabin crew within the airline industry. As part of this qualification learners will study a Certificate in Aviation. Contents include: Working as cabin crew Airline health, safety and security Aircraft emergency situations Dealing with passengers on board an aircraft Cabin service - selling techniques Making passenger announcements on board an aircraft Food service Health and safety within aviation Aviation security Aviation communications Airport check in services Visits are also arranged, including a one day emergency procedures course with a world class airline,and a one day aviation course at an Airport where learners will work both air and landside with an established airport employer.
