The course consists of both internally and externally assessed units that will give you a broad understanding and knowledge of the performing arts sector. Units covered include individual showcase; the performing arts industry; contemporary dance; dance skills and urban jazz dance. The course is broadly split into 65% practical and 35% theory; and all written work you undertake will underpin your practical knowledge.
