IT Users BTEC Diploma (ITQ) Level 1

This course has a structured approach in order to fully equip you with the essential skills needed for working in an IT environment. You will build on skills you may already have such as word processing skills and using mobile IT devices, developing them into the standards needed for a business setting. Modules that you will study include:  - Improving productivity using IT - IT user fundamentals - Setting up an IT system - Optimising IT system performance - IT communication fundamentals - Using the internet - Using mobile IT devices - Using emails - IT security - Spreadsheets - Imaging software - Presentation software - Website software - Word processing software You will also complete the Level 1 BTEC Award in Work Skills. At ncn we have fully up to date PC suites which will see you well equipped for any office setting. You will also have access to our dedicated learning centres.
