During the course of the training you'll complete: Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence and Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles. Training for this Apprenticeship is based around a combination of mandatory and optional modules including: Working in IT Industry, Systems Architecture, Computer networks, Health and Safety ICT, Develop Own Effectiveness and Professionalism, Technical Fault Diagnosis Working with ICT Hardware and Equipment, Security of ICT Systems, Manage a Server Environment, Software Installation and Upgrade, Technical Advice and Guidance.
