This one day course will establish a range of basic methods in Oil Painting and give you the opportunity to experiment with your Oil Paints and introduce you to the materials and care of tools. You will learn to distinguish the use of tone, colour, composition and texture; gain confidence in using painting materials and be encouraged to take part in group discussions. Learners will have access to one to one support. The overall aim is to help you develop personal expression through a mixture of practice, discussion and demonstration techniques.
