This is a course for people who have not applied for jobs recently or need help to improve their chances of securing employment.  We offer a friendly but motivated atmosphere to complete a CV application forms and mock interview. What experience or qualification do I need to join this course?No formal qualifications are necessary but the course is particularly suitable for those who: Do not have a written CV Have a CV which needs updating Have no or little knowledge and experience of applying for jobs online or using internet for job searching Require help in completing application forms (paper or online versions) Would benefit from taking part in a mock interview after discussing Q&A's and preparation   What is the course about? Creating documents in word Finding Information using the internet and other sources Sending and receiving emails Searching for jobs Filling in application forms (paper and online) Developing interview skills   For the first session you will need: A memory stick and pen and paper to make notes.   Additional costs and/or resources:  There are no additional costs.   How will I know how I am getting on? Your progress and achievements will be recognised and recorded throughout your course in a number of ways. For example: Feedback from tutor Completion of exercises and tasks   Accreditation: This is not an accredited course.
