This is a work based qualification, which allows the apprentice to develop skills and knowledge essential for working within Health and Social Care. There are a wide range of units that the apprentice can cater to their specific role in the workplace and cover specialist areas. Once enrolled the apprentice will be allocated an assessor that will support them throughout their qualification. The assessor will complete regular reviews to keep them on target and will support the apprentice in the collection of all evidence required. This can be gathered using different methods such as professional discussions, observations, witness statements and assignments.
