Who is the course for: Our GCSE programme is designed for students who may wish to improve their existing grades and study additional subjects, or for those who have not had the opportunity to sit for GCSEs. Course Content: Normally five subjects are taken from the following: Biology Chemistry English English literature Mathematics Media Physics Sociology Statistics. Study Methods: How is the course assessed: GCSEs are assessed by external examinations at the end of the year, combined with class-based assessments. Where next - Further Studies: A Level or Level 3 programme. Where next - Job Opportunities: Achieving GCSEs - especially English and mathematics improves the chance of employment or gaining an apprenticeship.
