Award in Education and Training, Level 3

UPDATED 20161215 12:44:18

Are you new to teaching? Do you need a 'survival kit' to support you? Perhaps you want to find out if teaching is right for you by doing a taster course. This 10-week introductory course is a valuable starter course for new practitioners entering the sector. It is desirable that the award is taken immediately on entry into the profession. It is aimed at those with little or no experience of teaching or training who are considering or wishing to teach or train in the sector. The award develops knowledge and skills related to planning, delivery, assessment and the evaluation of inclusive teaching and learning both with individuals and groups of learners. There is a January 2017 (Weds afternoon- Redditch) and February 2017 (Thursday evening- Worcester) entry option for this course.
