Administration, reception and secretarial staff are vital to support management and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of any business. On this course you will use the latest information technology and become familiar with modern office equipment and up-to-date administration methods. This course teaches how to work effectively with other people, plan, organise and improve work, effective communication, using computer systems to research and prepare documents, maintaining computer and paper based filing systems.
