This course is for anyone who is interested in learning meditation techniques for personal wellbeing and health. The course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience, and will give you the skills and knowledge you need to bring calm and centredness to your life.  The benefits of meditation include reduced stress, depression and anxiety. Meditation can also improve focus and concentration.

Entry requirements

Chairs are available for people who prefer them, but if you would rather sit on the floor you are welcome to bring a blanket and meditation cushion.  It is also advisable to bring a notepad/writing journal and pen.
