Floristry - designs for parties and events - beginners/improvers

The course will cover a range of designs for different uses and settings, suitable for both home or venue decoration. These will include centrepieces, table designs and hanging constructions such as a flower ball and simple garland. We will explore a range of design styles from an informal country look through to contemporary minimal.

Entry requirements

You will need to bring your own flowers & foliage for each session, in addition to some items of florist's materials that may not be covered by the basic fee. The approximate cost will be £10-£15 per week. You will also need a pair of strong scissors with sharp blades. All materials will either be discussed during the first session of the course, or you may be contacted in advance with a materials requirements list for the first session.
