The programme is aimed at anyone who would like to work in 2nd/3rd line support, systems support, infrastructure deployment and support roles within the ICT and telecommunications industry. On the course you will gain knowledge and skills in creating networks, configuring routers and switches and administering servers. The topics covered on this course will also help you should you choose to take the vendor certification MTA qualification. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, you will be able to sit the vendor examinations.
