On this course you will learn the core functions of financial accounting and management accounting and how these are applied in a range of businesses from sole traders through to household name companies. You will learn the building blocks of accounting including the essential skills of double entry bookkeeping, budgeting and ratios to manage a business's performance. You will also learn how to produce the end product of accounting, the financial statements including the income statement and balance sheet.
