This is a generic qualification for people 19+ who work or who wish to work within the Children and Young People's Workforce with children aged 0-19 years. It covers how a child and young person develops, how to create positive environments including safeguarding for children, supporting the the positive behaviour of, and maintain and support relationships with children and young people.
