Based on the 7-day Principles of Vinegrowing and Principles of Winemaking courses, these programmes are particularly suited to those who wish to gain a good understanding of wine production over a short period of time. Each course is delivered over five days, and covers the theoretical aspects of wine production in considerable detail, plus as many practical skills as can be covered in the time available. They are designed for those working in amateur, small and medium-sized winemaking enterprises; vineyard and winery assistants; and those who wish to progress their understanding of wine production beyond WSET Level 2 (Award in Wines & Spirits). The two courses can be studied independently or concurrently.
