Tai Chi July

This series of courses provides an introduction to T'ai Chi for beginners and an opportunity to progress through a sequence of forms for those learners beyond beginners' level. T'ai Chi is accessible to all ages, and different levels can be accommodated as tuition is on a one to one or small group basis with emphasis on health and relaxation.
