This one year course consists of a mix of practical skills development and underpinning knowledge including: - Health and Safety - Setting out buildings - Thin joint masonry and masonry cladding - Construction of solid wall, cavity wall and isolated and attached piers. You will also cover: - Storage of resources - Erection and use of working platforms - Setting out and erecting structures - Detailed masonry structures There will be a number of off campus trips to construction sites, trade shows and national bricklaying competitions., more information regarding this course is available on our website - http://www.harrogate.ac.uk
