Apprentices will train in a number of hospitality services roles including: Front of House Reception, Silver Service Waiters, Kitchen Assistants, and Chefs. You will learn how to offer a variety of cuisines for a range of kitchens and restaurants. You will study Hospitality Services, Food and Beverage Service, Kitchen Services and Professional Cookery. Main Aim: Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services, or, Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, or, Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Kitchen Services, or, Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery. Technical Certificate: Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Hospitality Services), or, Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food and Beverage Service), or, Level 2 Diploma in Kitchen Services, or, Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery). The qualification will include functional skills in Maths and English, Employee Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.
