You will be studying on a part-time basis for one full day per week. On this course you will complete six units of study delivered over the year, which, in addition to the ten units studied at HNC will provide the required sixteen units needed for the Level 5 HND in Construction. Success at HND will to enable progression onto our Level 6 BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management. You will extend your knowledge in the following Specialist units: - Unit 8 Technology for Complex Buildings; - Unit 17 Project Management; - Unit 12 Conversion and Adaptation of Buildings; - Unit 19 Building Control Procedures and Legislation; - Unit 25 Design Technology; and the compulsory Core Unit listed below.

An external verifier from Edexcel visits the college annually and a sample of your work is verified for quality and accuracy of marking.
