This course is aimed at learners with previous experience in the catering & hospitality trade. It is a progression route from the level 2 course or is for someone who has had many years in a management role within the trade but has not gained official accreditation from an awarding body. You can specialise in either food preparation & cooking or front of house. Many of our learners come to study with us because our industry trained tutors have a wealth of knowledge and our state of the art facilities are one of the best in the area. Clare Harper, former Level 3 student, says: "The support I've been given by my tutors and the fantastic learning opportunities I've experienced have resulted in me gaining a full time job at a local restaurant."
