Cake Decorating - Christmas Celebration Cakes

Come and make various cakes and treats with a Christmas theme. To include a chocolate Christmas pudding cake, cookies, cupcakes and decorations, , By the end of the course the student will be able to:, • Make decorations from sugarpaste, • Split and fill a sponge cake, • Make a plaque using bas relief techniques, This course is suitable for all students who have an interest in Cake Decorating and would like to know how to carry out these techniques.

Entry requirements
