This 'Introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)' one day course in Sittingbourne will introduce students to the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (talking therapy). CBT is a therapy that can help people to manage their problems by changing the way they think and behave. CBT has been shown to be particularly helpful with dealing with problems such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders., , This introductory course will enable students to learn some basic CBT techniques and put these into practise, so that students can learn to deal with their problems in a more positive way. , , **Please Note: This course will not remove students' problems, but will help students to deal with problems more positively.
