Studying Economics (AQA) will give you an understanding of the UK economy and the role of government economic policy within this, as well as the development of the study skills required for higher education. Paper 2. National and international economy which is 33.3% of the A Level. This is examined by a data response question and an essay question This unit includes; The measurement of macroeconomic performance, how the economy works, economic performance, financial markets and monetary policy, fiscal policies and supply side policies and the international economy.
