The Team Leading Apprenticeship provides an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team leader. It will also help you to develop new practical, motivational and day-to-day management techniques. You will be at the front end of an employer's business, regularly assisting both staff and customers. Duties will vary but in most cases you will be assisting the manager in leading the team - whether that's by organising a staff rota, handling a customer complaint or keeping things running smoothly in the manager's absence.
